When connecting GitHub features or integrating via OAuth or Personal Access Tokens (PAT), you acknowledge that your usage must comply with GitHub's standard Terms of Service and API Guidelines. Axleta processes GitHub repository data solely to perform requested user actions and does not retain access tokens beyond the active session lifetime or authorized token scope.
3. Credit Packs & Billing
Axleta offers credit packs and subscription tiers for accessing platform resources.
- Purchases of credit packs are processed securely via our payment gateway partner, Stripe.
- Credits are non-transferable and non-refundable once consumed or assigned to active workloads.
4. Account Terms
To access certain features of the platform, you must register an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities conducted under your account.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Axleta shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account or access to the Service at our sole discretion, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms or engage in illegal or unauthorized activities.
